چکیده مقاله

Abstract. In Exterior Contract we have two Economic side and two utility and two interest rate for exchange rates, then we need to select best optimized strategy for accept and select conditionaled claim,conditionaled claimed are conditioned on utility and in this paper conditioned on Exterior invesment rate and utiliy dynamic of both side for max profit.In this paper defined an optimized investment rates for both side of foreign contract for setup a white paper or commercial government long and short rates.Optimization on two sided investment can improve the level acceptence in corporate finance in one or two economic side as international rates such as brics or other rates
